Individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19 and had illness symptoms

At least 10 days have passed since symptoms first appeared. Individuals who did not have any illness symptoms but tested positive for COVID-19 and are self-isolating at home can be released from isolation and return to normal activities if: ‒ At least 10 days have passed since the date of their first positive COVID-19 diagnostic test, assuming they have not subsequently developed symptoms since their positive test.
